Teach AI Pakistan
At Teach AI Pakistan, we bring together school leaders, policymakers, and technology experts to shape the safe, effective, and responsible use of AI in education. Our goal is to help Pakistani educators not only harness AI as a powerful teaching tool, but also prepare students to understand, question, and innovate with AI—bridging the gap between teaching with AI and teaching about AI.
Our Mission
To empower educators, educational institutions, and organizations in Pakistan to teach with and about Artificial Intelligence, fostering a generation of digitally literate students ready to compete globally while preserving our cultural values and educational excellence.
Why AI Literacy Matters for Pakistani Education
Pakistan’s education system serves over 50 million students. As global economies increasingly rely on AI and digital technologies, our educators must be prepared to integrate these tools meaningfully into their teaching practices. AI literacy isn’t just about using technology—it’s about understanding how to leverage AI to solve uniquely Pakistani educational challenges, from language diversity to resource constraints.
The Fourth Industrial Revolution demands that we prepare our students not just to consume technology, but to create, innovate, and lead with it. This transformation begins with our educators.

Our Story
The idea to launch Teach AI Pakistan was born when founder Adnan Magsi was conducting his research in the field of AI in Education at Åbo Akademi University, Finland. During this time, he came across TeachAI.org, the world’s leading AI literacy initiative dedicated to empowering educators globally. Inspired by their vision, impact, and commitment to preparing teachers and students for the age of Artificial Intelligence, Adnan began to dream of creating a similar movement in Pakistan—one that could equip educators, schools, and institutions to harness AI responsibly and bridge the digital divide in education.
With strong academic grounding and a passion for transforming Pakistan’s education system, Adnan started shaping the blueprint for Teach AI Pakistan: a not-for-profit organization committed to training educators in AI literacy and guiding schools on the safe, ethical, and impactful adoption of Generative AI. His vision is to ensure that Pakistani teachers—whether in government schools in rural Sindh, private classrooms in Karachi, or higher education institutions nationwide—are empowered to both teach with AI and teach about AI, ultimately preparing students with the future-ready skills they need to thrive.
What began as an academic realization is now growing into a national mission: to place Pakistan’s educators at the forefront of one of the most important transformations in modern history—the age of Artificial Intelligence.
